Mortgages on UK properties, including main homes which may or may not be let out, buy to let and using your UK home to raise capital: There will be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances, but we estimate it will be £335.


Euro mortgages on properties in France, Spain and Italy: There will be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances, but we estimate it will be £495.


Mortgages in all other countries: There will be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances, but we estimate it will be £645.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Changes in the exchange rate may increase the sterling equivalent of your debt
